All courses must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required to confirm a place unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change; however, once booked and paid, the agreed price will be honoured.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to avoid charges.
Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.
Packages (e.g. 5 or 10 sessions) must be used within the agreed time period, typically 3 months unless otherwise arranged.
Unused sessions beyond the expiry period are non-refundable.
While we aim to ensure continuity, tutors may be substituted due to illness, leave, or availability.
In the rare case of tutor cancellation, we will offer an alternative or reschedule at no extra charge.

All students must behave respectfully towards tutors and fellow learners.
Any form of abuse, harassment, or disruption may result in course termination without refund.
