1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or directly through our admin team.

Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

We offer flexible packages and discounts for long-term enrolments — speak to our team for details.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid being charged.

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

We allow one free reschedule per booking when given sufficient notice.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases (e.g. tutor unavailability with no alternative).

Unused lessons within a package may be refunded at the discretion of management.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All personal data is securely stored and never shared with third parties.

You have the right to request a copy or removal of your data at any time.

5. Student Code of Conduct

We expect respectful and professional behaviour in all sessions.

Abuse, harassment, or repeated lateness may result in removal from the course without refund.
